Left/Right Pass Square
Drill Aims
A good warm-up to use before a match and to improve handling.
Coaching Instructions
Two players on opposite sides of the grid sprint towards the centre of the square. When they have reached the middle, they pass the ball to the front man on their left. The ball must be passed backwards. After passing, the player joins the back of the opposite line.
Variations
See Passing Square, Placing Square, Rolling Square. The drill should also be repeated with a right pass instead of a left pass.
