Coaching Instructions
You can have the whole team perform this drill at once. Get them to stay in a line as they run. You can increase the number of sit-ups/press-ups. Repeat it several times for best results!
Variations
See Pyramids. You can get players to perform other tasks such as star jumps, squat-thrusts... use your imagination!
